Some amazing secret revelations from the nation’s moms in this recent Mom Confessions survey conducted by the Today Show. Given the choice between being 15lbs lighter or their kid gaining 15 IQ points, 45% chose the thinner waistline. Forty five percent.

Another thing you’ll never find a dad saying “People frequently remark that I seem to have everything ‘so together.’ I don’t! I find myself crying in the car on my way to work because I am so overwhelmed.” I may not have everything ‘so together’ as I like, but we’ve never lost a limb, and I never spend time in my car crying.
