UPDATED
We now have our own contest to win a family four pack of tickets to see Yo Gabba Gabba’s Party in My City show in Pittsburgh PA (click to enter), but in the meantime, check out this contest!
I entered a 30 second ad for Johnsonville Sausage. You can just click the link, watch, and then hit the LIKE button, you don’t need to sign in or anything. I think you’ll dig the Father/Son moment. This is also my first attempt at tilt-shift.
I submitted a video to the Jawbone Comedy Video Contest. You don’t need to vote, you don’t need to sign up, just click the link and watch! Enjoy! Let me know if you like it. And if you enter any video contests, let us know! (this one is safe for work, 55 seconds)
Josh Cooley put together a book of “Little Golden Book” style illustrations capturing scenes from some of your favorite movies. Movies that young children have no business seeing. Hilarious stuff.
Check out his blog, Cooley!
High quality prints and the collected book will be available this fall.

So I’m all set for my trip to Africa. I leave on Friday.
I have set up a blog so you can see my pics and video along the way, and if you want, click on the Listen Live button to hear us broadcast live with DC101 on Thursday and Friday next week.
There was a contest on DC101 to create a 2 minute video explaining why you should be picked to go on African Safari with Elliot in the Morning… and mine apparently did the trick! Here is said video
I’ll be leaving in a few short days (not much time to plan or pack!)
I’ll try to get some fun reviews and at least one more podcast up before I go. But it will be busy busy busy.
I guess working on all those podcasts late at night paid off.
I’ll also create a video specifically for our little ones, like my Zoo video (however my 2 year old is not going to Africa, so there won’t be any “BYE BYE KITTEH!” in this one)
