After getting back from my African Safari, I picked right up again with Jack Logar on Magic 106.5 FM Magic Morning Show.
We chatted a little bit about Africa, (and if you’re interested, check out my South African Safari Travel Blog for all the videos and pics, but also talked up Chuck My Talking Truck. This is a fun toy for kids ages 3 & up (my 2 year old loves it too)
It’s got a soft rubber body so it won’t damage walls or furniture (or kids) but has that rugged Tonka quality that won’t fall apart either.
Press several different buttons to hear Chuck talk, and you can also make him roll forward on his own. He’s available everywhere and goes for around $25. This is great for your child who is just getting into large trucks, or likes animated toys that talk. Here is the listing on ToysRus.com

I was interviewed by Michael Finney with ABC7 out of San Francisco. You may have heard my earlier radio interview, well now here I am on the glorious tube.
You can download your own wallet card here.
I am still in Africa!
We brought along my son’s favorite toy (well one of the back-ups) Muno from Yo Gabba Gabba. So we’ve been taking pictures of him in various spots along the way for our son’s enjoyment. I’ve tagged these photos so you can see all of them at once. Where is Muno now? (2 page’s worth so far)
So I’m all set for my trip to Africa. I leave on Friday.
I have set up a blog so you can see my pics and video along the way, and if you want, click on the Listen Live button to hear us broadcast live with DC101 on Thursday and Friday next week.
