We have been having a blast playing with the Nanos by Hexbugs. You can play with the Nanos by themselves, or go nuts building elaborate environments with the modular habitat system. The bugs are perfect for kids ages 3 & up, but I’m pretty close to bringing in this habitat to the office.
You can check out more about the Nanos from Hexbugs.com. And if you’re a collector, you can register your Nano’s unique online code at HandandStars.com
Bonus: Listen to me chat about the Nano’s on Magic 106.5 FM with Jack Logar a few weeks back!
In the interest of full disclosure, I have purchased several of the Nanos and habitat pieces shown. Hexbugs sent me additional building pieces and some extra Nanos for the purpose of review.
The Spread Heads sent us two more heads to check out, and they’re just in time for your Memorial Day cook-outs.
As you may know, once a week, Jack Logar from Magic 106.5FM calls and we discuss one of my toy reviews. This review features the audio from when we talked about these Spread Heads.
And if you liked these, check out our earlier reviews.
Be sure to visit TheSpreadHeads.com to get your own (or check out your local grocery store)
Step2.com sent us their Play Up Adjustable Sand & Water Table. One of the key features is that the legs are easily adjustable so you can raise the table height to grow with your child. It also features an umbrella to protect against the sun, and an easy to attach cover to protect it from the elements. Click below to see my pics and review. Read the rest of this entry »
