K’Nex is producing some great sets and nabbing some hot licenses. I stopped by to see them because my son got the big 500 piece bucket for Christmas and loves playing with it frequently. But while I was there, holy cow, check out these Titan Fall figures. The game comes out in March, but in the meantime, I’ve got to get my hands on those mechs. They look fantastic! Here check out the 3D version.
There are several sets coming out. Some of the sets include cityscape you can build up too. These won’t be in stores until the fall, but I will be waiting anxiously until then. These look fantastic.
I also enjoyed checking out these Family Guy sets in person. There are plenty of different assortments, and sets with the family car and Stewie’s time machine. Check em out here.
I came for the Angry Birds and I got Angry Birds. The new space sets will come in a more familiar packaging from now on. These are a huge hit with my six year old. He loves building up the sets, and then using the launcher to knock them down.
Also relatively new are these educator’s buckets. Intended for the classroom, these buckets have specialized pieces for instructing on physics and robotics, and they contain enough sets for students to participate. There’s solar, physics, wind power and simple machines.
I’ll let you know when the Titanfall figures are hitting shelves. They were one of my top finds at Toy Fair this year. Check out the gallery below for a few more sets, and the roller coasters that K’nex is famous for. Swing by K’Nex for more info.
