One of my favorite toys that my son enjoys is his Tiny Love Peak-a-Boo chicken. It’s a soft chicken with an egg-shaped body. It opens in half and reveals a baby chick inside. The wings and tail are crinkly, and there are plenty of things to pull and suck on. So I had to stop by the Tiny Love booth at Toy Fair last week. What other goodies do they have in store? Check out these great toys for the car, stroller, tummy time mats, mobiles and more.

The coolest thing I saw in their booth was this mat that you hang on the car seat that the child faces. When they kick the bottom portion, the fish floating in the water pocket start to swoosh around. There’s a similar product for toddlers. It comes with a steering wheel that activates lights and sound in the mat hanging infront of the child.

Tiny Love also has some innovative mobiles. These were some of my favorite from the whole show. Be sure to check out the Toy Fair video to see some of this stuff in action. I love the shapes and spirals. Did you know one of these mobiles was featured in the recent movie I Am Legend? Can I say their mobiles stave off zombie invasion? Well. Maybe.

Follow Me Fred and his new buddy Crawl Along Leo are for kids just learning to crawl. They start with a simple tap (or when you set them down) and will move nice and slow to encourage the child to follow. Bend their accordian bellies to go from moving in a straight line to in a circle.

I wasn’t as familiar with the Tiny Love family beyond that chicken my son has, but now I’ve seen all the great developmental toys and products they offer, and I’m hooked. Be sure to visit their photo gallery in our Toy Fair coverage, watch their demonstrations in our Video Podcast and visit their official web site, Tiny Love for more information.
